Business with Integrity
Avendra is very proud of our high ethical standards. In all of our interactions with customers, suppliers, associates and other constituencies, integrity is at the forefront of our approach to business.
Much of our reputation can be attributed to our strong associate base. When we hire associates, we look for the best and the brightest candidates, who are also principled and fair-minded.
Avendra also has processes in place to help ensure the levels of integrity are continually met and monitored. On an annual basis, all Avendra Associates are expected to read, sign and adhere to the principles discussed in the Avendra Business Conduct Guide (BCG) and certify that their conduct is in keeping with the principles set out in the guide. In addition, Avendra has an Ethics Hotline, which allows associates to report behavior and incidents directly to Avendra’s Board of Managers that is inconsistent with expected guidelines.
We feel that by clearly outlining expectations, maintaining a high level of transparency and continually educating and monitoring situations, we will create a strong foundation for and implicit expectation of continued success. Business with integrity is a cornerstone of Avendra’s mission.
