Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary

Jerry Kraisinger joined Avendra in March 2009 as its Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary and he oversees all aspects of the company’s legal affairs.

Before joining Avendra, Jerry was the Vice President of Development and the General Counsel of CapStar Hotel Company based in Arlington, Virginia. Previously, he had been the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of MeriStar Hospitality Corporation.  Jerry began his career in the hospitality industry over 22 years ago as a lawyer in Marriott Corporation’s law department.

Jerry received his B.A. in Political Science from Duquesne University and his J.D. from the University of Virginia.  He is admitted to practice law in Maryland, Florida, and the District of Columbia.
