Senior Vice President of Human Resources
Myriam Khalifa is the senior vice president of Human Resources for Avendra, responsible for overseeing the company’s human resources initiatives including recruitment, career advancement, retention, training, work and family life, benefits and compensation. Under her leadership, Avendra University was established as a talent management development program.
Before joining Avendra, Myriam was vice president of Human Resources for Marriott International where she began her career 20 years earlier. As a result of her strong international experience at Marriott, Myriam also oversaw the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) program for managing executive development for Egyptian CEOs and business leaders.
Myriam received her bachelor’s degree in Special Education, graduating summa cum laude from Georgia State University, and her master’s degree in Organization Development from The American University.
