Senior Vice President of Customer Care
Hetz Wochholz is the senior vice president of customer care for Avendra. He is responsible for all customer-facing departments at Avendra, including account management, field support and customer relations, and Avendra’s North American customer call center. His teams are aligned geographically to support every operating location.
Prior to joining Avendra, Hetz was area general manager for the Cleveland Marriott Downtown at Key Center, where he not only managed the hotel but oversaw the operations of 20 surrounding Marriott-branded hotels in Northern Ohio. Hetz also served as vice president of food and beverage, and vice president of culinary and catering development for Marriott International. During his 20 years with the company he worked in hotels in Kansas City, El Paso, Atlanta, San Antonio and Cleveland.
While in Cleveland, Hetz served as a member of the Executive Committee for the Greater Cleveland Visitors and Convention Bureau, charter board member of the Cleveland Sports Commission, the chairman of Marriott’s Northeast Business Council, and a delegate on Marriott’s International Business Council Guidance Team. Hetz is currently a charter member of the University of New Hampshire National Hospitality Advisory Board.
Hetz received his bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration from the University of New Hampshire.
