Life, AD&D, and Short/Long Term Disability Insurance - Avendra offers fully paid life insurance & AD&D (2 times an associate's salary up to $250,000). Avendra-paid short- and long-term disability benefits (approximately 60% of salary) help provide financial security in case of catastrophic events. Additional supplemental coverage is available.
Flexible Spending Accounts - To help associates save on family and health-care related expenses, Avendra’s Flexible Spending account allows associates to dedicate pre-tax dollars for health, family and child care expenses during the year.
401K Plan - This tax deferred retirement plan helps you save money for your future.
Avendra contributes 3% of each associates annual salary (including bonus and overtime) up to the federal maximum. This contribution is made regardless of the associate's contribution and is 100% vested immediately!
Profit-Sharing Incentive Plan - All associates benefit from Avendra’s profits. Upon the Board of Managers approval, Avendra sets aside a percentage of the company’s profits each year to award associates. The award vests over a four year period.
Paid Time Off (PTO) - Avendra has 9 paid holidays. In addition, Avendra offers new hires 20 paid time off days per year to designate as vacation, sick leave or personal time. PTO is prorated from hire date.
Tuition Reimbursement - Avendra offers up to $5,250 per year for graduate studies or from $3,000 to $5,250 per year for undergraduate studies, subject to preapproval.
Associate Discount Purchasing Program - Through special agreements with Avendra suppliers and distributors, Avendra associates have access to preferred pricing on a variety of products and services. Discounts are offered on a variety of home appliances, computers, mattresses, bedding, robes, fitness equipment, flat screen televisions and much more!
