It is Avendra's policy to adhere to the highest ethical standards in the conduct of its business. We have a variety of checks and balances in place to ensure that our interactions with customers, suppliers, associates and other constituents are handled with integrity and respect. If you believe you have been treated in an unethical manner, and feel uncomfortable reporting this to Avendra directly, you may contact our Avendra Ethics Hotline. We engage an outside company to administer this hotline, and all incidents documented are reported directly to a member of the Avendra Ethics and Business Conduct Committee.
