Avendra’s Value to Suppliers

A solid customer base - Avendra is currently working with over 4,500 customers and we are constantly looking to expand our customer relationships.  We have aggressive growth plans which help drive increased revenues to our supplier partners.

A closed loop business proposition - Avendra’s partnership with suppliers extends far beyond the contract signing.  Multiple departments within Avendra provide suppliers' support to help derive the most value out of their agreement with Avendra.  

Avendra works to understand our customer’s business objectives and how we can optimize the supply chain to support these efforts.  Our contracting initiatives are based upon customer desires and priorities.  Because of this strategic foundation, suppliers benefit from committed levels of product/service usage.

A commitment to customer service - Avendra’s Customer Care Organization takes a multi-tiered approach to customer and supplier support.  We have an account management team in place to help interact at the senior-most levels of our customers – helping suppliers reach the key corporate-level decision makers that help set specifications and drive product usage.  We have field support associates that are imbedded into 30+ local markets, and support customers and suppliers at the regional level.  Additionally, we have a phone-based customer service organization which adds an additional level of assistance, expertise and issue-resolution power for our valued customers and suppliers.

An integrated marketing plan - Working with Avendra enables suppliers to tap into a wide-range of marketing efforts.

  • myAvendra – Avendra’s customer portal.  Each Avendra supplier can create a personalized webpage on myAvendra to provide information on their products and services under contract with Avendra.  All Avendra customers have customized access to myAvendra and visit the site to view proprietary reporting, trend information and supplier information.  It is a one-stop-shop regarding information customers need to know about Avendra.
  • Newsletters and communications - Avendra sends a variety of customer communications and newsletter out on a regular basis. We take these opportunities to support our suppliers, share industry knowledge and educate customers on current issues.
  • Events and sponsorship opportunities - Each year, Avendra’s customers host events which suppliers can support and participate in, such as conferences, trade shows, themed meetings and philanthropic events. These are all valuable opportunities for Avendra suppliers to build relationships, grow their business and interact with customers.
