Many of our U.S. customers have strategic imperatives related to sourcing products and services from minority and women-owned suppliers.  We have a thorough process in place to analyze all of the suppliers that we contract with, including minority and women owned businesses, to identify appropriate supplier partners that can meet our business needs.

Supplier diversity focuses on working with businesses that are certified as minority, women, veteran-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, or GLBT-owned businesses, defined as for-profit business enterprises that are at least 51% owned, operated, and controlled by United States citizens who belong to any of the following groups:

• African American
• Asian American
• Hispanic American
• Native American
• Veteran-Owned (VOB)
• Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned (SDVOB)
• Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual or Transgender American (GLBT)
