Senior Vice President, Sales and Customer Care

As senior vice president of sales and customer care, Robert Waggoner is responsible for leading and directing Sales efforts including Discovery/Sales Analysis and Implementation as well as Customer Care, including Account Management, Field Support and Customer Service. 

Previously, Bob led the Sales and Marketing organizations at Avendra. During this time, he helped implement and refine sales and marketing processes which resulted in tremendous growth for Avendra.

Prior to joining Avendra, Bob had a twenty year career in management consulting at Sibson & Company, Mercer Management Consulting and Deloitte & Touche. In those roles, he was responsible for the sales and delivery of consulting services related to market and sales strategy for a wide variety of companies.

Bob received a bachelor’s degree in business from West Virginia University and a master’s degree in business from the University of Washington. He also taught at West Virginia University and currently serves on several non-profit boards.
