With a BA (Hons) in Psychology and German, Francesca has spent over 20 years in HR, focusing on creating engaged, high-performing workplace environments and partnering with the business. Her efforts have resulted in significant improvements in employee satisfaction and productivity.

Francesca is a qualified Mental Health First Aider and a strong advocate for workplace inclusivity. She has worked across various sectors, including technology, FMCG, and business services. Francesca is also passionate about coaching and giving back to the community.
