Juanjo has more than 35 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. He has worked in financial, procurement, and operations departments, holding positions as a director and Deputy General Manager at his previous company.

In addition to being an entrepreneur, Juanjo has worked for some of the largest and most important Spanish franchising companies, leading teams, internationalising their brands, driving growth, and improving their value chains.

Juanjo is passionate about his work and strives for excellence in everything he does. He builds valuable relationships across the chain, focusing on the continuous and sustainable improvement of the supply chain and delivering value for Avendra and Aramark’s clients.
