With over 15 years in Supply Chain Management, Lara has built her career across the retail and hospitality sectors, spending 12 of those years shaping strategy and driving results at Compass Group Germany. She brings a strong foundation in Category Management and excels at developing procurement strategies, performance frameworks, and compliance models.

Known for leading transformation in complex environments, her strengths include supplier relationships, cost optimisation, and collaboration. Since July 2025, Lara has been leading Aramark Germany’s Supply Chain team, delivering sustainable value to Aramark and Avendra International clients.
