Peter De Pauw

Peter has extensive experience in the food and theme park industries. As the former COO at Plopsa Group, he spent 12 years overseeing operations, supply chain, and all aspects of food, animation, attractions, shows, safety, and procedures across parks in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, and the Czech Republic.

He also worked for 12 years at Compass, where he successfully grew Scolarest from scratch to become Belgium's market leader. After previously managing operations and supply chain at Aramark, Peter returned in 2021 to focus on these areas. Recently, he shifted his focus solely to supply chain procurement, combining managed services and GPOs, which aligns with his passion.
