With over 23 years at Avendra, Heather specializes in change management, project management, optimizing program performance, and delivering value.

A first-generation college student, Heather's strong work ethic and personable approach helped her rise from an entry-level Analyst to VP. As a charter member, she has made a significant impact on Avendra's success. Heather co-chairs Aramark’s EMPOWER Employee Resource Group and serves as Executive Sponsor for the STAR Team Community Outreach in the Greater Washington, DC metro and Baltimore regions. Her passion for mentoring and developing people is evident through the numerous associates she’s helped promote into leadership roles. Heather advocates for women, ensuring their voices are heard, and her contributions have lasting impacts.
