As Avendra International’s Vice President, Client Relations, Heather Altieri leads the strategy and execution of account management initiatives that strengthen and sustain high‑value partnerships across the hospitality sector. In this role, Heather shapes the overall client engagement framework, ensuring that Avendra’s diverse portfolio of hospitality customers receive the strategic guidance, procurement support, and operational insights needed to achieve their business objectives. A charter member of Avendra with more than 25 years of experience, Heather brings deep organizational knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of the evolving needs within hospitality procurement. Over the course of her tenure, Heather has been instrumental in building the foundation of Avendra’s client support model and continuously refining it to reflect industry trends, operational challenges, and client expectations.
