May Limbach Novielli leads marketing for Avendra International across the Americas, transforming the organization with strategic initiatives and innovative solutions. Previously, she was Brand Marketing Director for Aramark’s Refreshment portfolio and B2B Marketing Director for Aramark’s Facilities business, executing campaigns for business expansion. Her earlier career included marketing roles at Institutional Investor and AB Bernstein in New York. May has received several awards, including the 2023 Women’s Foodservice Forum Changemaker Award and Aramark’s 40 Under 40 Award. She is also a dedicated mentor and leads Aramark EMPOWER, the company’s largest employee resource group for women.
