Paul Carr

Paul Carr serves as Chief Culinary Officer for Aramark and Avendra International, where he helps connect culinary innovation, sourcing, distribution, and quality assurance across the organization. In this role, he works closely with cross-functional teams to drive culinary excellence, product efficiency, and food safety while supporting food and beverage strategies across a global portfolio.

With more than 25 years of leadership experience in culinary operations, supply chain, and procurement, Paul has helped lead large-scale foodservice initiatives and product innovation programs throughout his career. Prior to his current role, he served in culinary and global procurement leadership positions at Aramark, helping guide strategic sourcing, product development, and supplier partnerships across billions of dollars in annual food spend.

Paul holds culinary degrees from Le Cordon Bleu and The Culinary Institute of America. In 2008, he was recognized as Chef Innovator of the Year by Nation's Restaurant News, reflecting his longstanding commitment to culinary innovation and operational excellence.
