As a second-generation family business that is Woman Owned and HUB Certified, we are proud to embrace a very diverse employee base. Our employees are overwhelmingly Hispanic representing thirteen Central and South American countries. We are proud that our employee base is 52% female, and we employ many who identify as LGBTQ+. As a CIMs certified building service contractor, we are committed to delivering environmentally preferable services that are designed to meet customer needs and expectations. We provide green cleaning services and assist our customers in achieving points under the LEED Green Building Rating System.
What are your company’s long-term goals related to diversity and sustainability?
We strive to stay at the forefront of emerging trends to help educate our customers. We consistently refine our goals, expectations and operations to meet the demands and expectations of our customers. We will continue to employ, without bias, all who desire to be a part of our service to the hospitality sector. Additionally, we love to learn and implement the latest technology and procedures to support the sustainability initiative.
