Teddy Bear Fresh Produce, founded in 2009, is owned by Mary Salins and is a family-operated wholesale distribution company on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. What began as a small produce market providing only fruits and vegetables in the Talbot Commerce Park of Easton, Maryland, has flourished into a full line food service company due to high demand in the Maryland, Delaware, Virginia and surrounding areas.
Teddy Bear Fresh specializes in the distribution of fresh produce while offering a complete range of foodservice products that an include dairy, frozen items, proteins, condiments and cooking oils. These products meet the needs of restaurants, convenient stores, educational systems, casinos, correctional institutes and other consumers in the food industry.
Teddy Bear Fresh Produce is known for its hands-on leadership, personalized service, strong supplier relationships, and commitment to quality, reliability, and community partnership. To provide customers with the best quality, Teddy Bear Fresh ensures to source all its products from accredited suppliers. Suppliers include local and non-local producers based on season and availability.

This is goal is supported by a commitment ensuring inclusive sourcing decisions are driven by capability, compliance and partnership.
