Cory Dellinger
Vice President, Operational Consulting & Avendra Clubs
Cory has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry ranging from extensive operational expertise in hotels, restaurants, and catering to supply chain management. As Vice President of Operational Consulting & Avendra Clubs, he leverages his experience across a multitude of segments. Cory leads our golf and city club businesses and oversees operational consulting services that are designed to assist clients in developing profitability improvement plans. Cory began his career in the “back of the house,” where he leaned on his professional culinary training to advance in operational roles, later using that knowledge to progress into supply chain management with US Foods and eventually with Avendra.

Lance Simmons
Director, Avendra Consulting Services and Client Discovery
Lance Simmons’s extensive hospitality purchasing experience includes a position as purchasing director at the Gaylord National Resort Convention Center and specialized knowledge in purchasing platform utilization. Lance’s culinary background and foodservice experience also include supply chain management, market research, and project management. He is a graduate of Colorado State University and the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts.

Allison O’Neill
Project Manager, Food & Beverage
Allison has honed her food and beverage management skills over the last 10 years in premium stadium and arena settings and in corporate dining. She uses her experience in the front of the house to find effective, pertinent solutions for the challenges facing our clients. Allison is a graduate of the University of Delaware’s Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management program.

Ed Terrell
Quality Assurance Director
With 25 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Food Safety, Ed Terrell helps lead Avendra’s Quality Assurance team efforts. He has extensive expertise in government regulations, auditing, quality management, food manufacturing and supply chain delivery, as well as an M.S. in Food Science and Nutrition. Ed is also a Charter Associate with Avendra.
