As a woman owned enterprise, company leadership has always had a focus on providing employment opportunities and career growth for everyone. As a result, today our field workforce and corporate office is comprised of talent from varied backgrounds, ethnicities and genders.
Define how Hotel Cleaning Services, Inc. is driving sustainability changes across the company?
Our corporate initiative includes adhering to the latest environmental regulations with an emphasis on reducing waste in all areas of our operation specific to time, labor materials, shipping, transportation, etc. We also work closely with all our individual customers to help them achieve their sustainably goals specific to their property and ownership. Our use of low environmental impact cleaning equipment and “green” cleaning chemicals in our accounts helps to ensure a safer and healthier work environment.

What are your company’s long-term goals related to diversity and sustainability?
Diversity: We will continue to embrace a diversified workforce and provide growth and career opportunities to everyone, of all backgrounds and ethnicities.
Sustainability: Our Vice President of Operations is constantly reading and researching the latest developments in cleaning chemicals and cleaning equipment specific to the cleaning industry and moving us forward in this ever-changing sphere.
