As President, Walt oversees Avendra’s Hospitality business segment and is responsible for leading and directing all sales efforts, exploring new Hospitality related business opportunities, strategically directing our client service operations and perpetually increasing client satisfaction. Walt began his career with Marriott International, where he held positions of increasing responsibility in Hotel Operations, Corporate Finance and Corporate Procurement. Before joining Avendra as a charter member, he was Vice President of Procurement for Marriott International, responsible for food and beverage procurement activities worldwide.
Vice President, Client Success
As the Vice President, Client Success, Heather develops and executes account management strategies that build and maintain successful relationships with Avendra’s clients to ensure they reach their goals and objectives. Heather has over 18 years of experience with Avendra and specializes in change management, project management and delivering value to customers.
Vice President, Operational Consulting & Avendra Clubs
Cory has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry ranging from extensive operational expertise in hotels, restaurants, and catering to supply chain management. As Vice President of Operational Consulting & Avendra Clubs, he leverages his experience across a multitude of segments. Cory leads our golf and city club businesses and oversees operational consulting services that are designed to assist clients in developing profitability improvement plans. Cory began his career in the “back of the house,” where he leaned on his professional culinary training to advance in operational roles, later using that knowledge to progress into supply chain management with US Foods and eventually with Avendra.
Vice President, Customer Integration
With over 24 years of experience working in hospitality, Jesse is the Vice President, Customer Integration, and uses his expertise in strategic planning and customer-focused data analytics and modeling to increase customer satisfaction. He oversees Avendra’s team of associates responsible for US field operations, customer service, outbound calling and training.
Vice President, Caribbean, Mexico and Central America
Patrick manages Avendra’s strategic business growth across numerous customer accounts, suppliers and countries as the Vice President, Caribbean, Mexico and Central America. Patrick has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with broad-reaching expertise in supply chain management, and corporate and property-level client support.
Vice President, Client Success (Brands)
As Vice President of Client Success (Brands), Leonard leverages his extensive hospitality, gaming and consulting experience as a strategic procurement leader and manager to implement and help ensure successful client initiatives for Avendra’ s largest brands.
Vice President, Strategic Growth and Business Development
Eleanor is Avendra’s Vice President of Strategic Growth and Business Development and oversees Avendra’s FF&E Services, Prime Accounts, Hospitality’s Purchasing Consulting Team, and Marketing. With extensive experience in strategic planning, sales and account management, and deal development as well as creating go-to-market plans for emerging market penetration, Eleanor has been developing and inspiring Avendra’s growth and business development teams for over 10 years.
Vice President, Account Management
Steven is the Vice President, Account Management, responsible for managing a segment of Avendra’s customer base and ensuring high customer satisfaction. He has over 25 years of experience managing a multitude of functions within the hospitality industry such as Supply Chain Management, F&B/OSE purchasing & consulting, development of cost containment strategies and team leadership.
Vice President, Business Development
Susan is a results-driven sales professional with 15 years of experience in supply chain management. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales and sales training at Avendra. Susan creates and executes go-to-market and operational strategies to achieve financial objectives for North America, Caribbean, Mexico and Central America. Susan credits her time working in both the private and public sectors for her keen understanding of customer needs during the sales process.
