Competitive Compensation - Avendra proudly offers associates competitive compensation packages. In addition to competitive base pay, additional benefits listed here, round out the total compensation package.

Profit-Sharing Incentive Plan - Each year, upon the Board of Managers approval, Avendra sets aside a percentage of the company’s profits to award associates. The award vests over four years.

401K Contributions - This tax deferred retirement plan helps you save money for your future. Avendra contributes 3% of each associates annual salary (including bonus and overtime) up to the federal maximum.  This contribution is made regardless of the associate's contribution and is 100% vested.

Paid Time Off (PTO) - In addition to 9 paid holidays, new associates receive 20 additional paid days off per year. Associates who have been with the company for over 5 years receive an additional 5 days PTO. These PTO days can be designated as vacation, sick leave or personal time.

Medical & Dental Insurance - Avendra takes pride in assuming a generous portion of the costs of our associates’ medical and dental benefits - 70-80% on average.  Our programs are with top-quality insurers.  We also offer choices in the types of medical coverage offered, which gives you more flexibility in your health care decisions.

Vision Plan - Avendra offers a supplemental vision care plan, which includes coverage for glasses and contacts.

Life, AD&D and Short/Long Term Disability Insurance - Avendra offers fully paid life insurance and AD&D (2 times an associate's salary up to $250,000).  Avendra-paid short- and long-term disability benefits (approximately 60% of salary) help provide financial security in case of catastrophic events.  Additional supplemental coverage is available.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA) - To help associates save on family and health-care related expenses, Avendra FSAs allow associates to dedicate pre-tax dollars for health, family and child care expenses during the year.

Associate Purchasing Program - Through special agreements with Avendra suppliers, associates have access to preferred pricing on a variety of products and services. Discounts are offered on a variety of home appliances, computers, mattresses, bedding, robes, fitness equipment, flat screen televisions and more.

Employee Assistance Program - We provide all associates access to an anonymous counseling service that offers advice on well-being, family issues, elder care, substance abuse, legal issues, etc.
